I am currently using a Toyota YARIS D4D as a training car.

This car, which is equipped with power steering, digital dashboard, dual airbags, SRS and dual controls, is the easiest car to drive that I have ever used. It is also one of the safest small cars on the road. Recent crash test results published by the European new car assessment programme showed the YARIS to be safest small car.
